my story is quite simple, really.

I love art. I love stories. I love to explore, and I love to create. I live to celebrate and serve the unique individuals that find themselves in front of me. Photos show us a small sliver of the people we're in the room with.

Photos have the power to move us to action, to challenge our daily rhythms, and to open our eyes to the beautiful people we live this life alongside. This is the honor and deep responsibility I find in storytelling.

Ultimately, my storytelling means nothing apart from the Gospel - the story that changed my life. Jesus' love, majesty, and intricately designed creation is daily inspiration for my creativity, and I live to worship him in all things.

the creative process is special.

My approach to photography is capturing natural, emotional, and timeless images to preserve for years to come.

4. pictures you take when someone's not looking
5. "this song sounds like you"
6. people who play instruments in public (still thinking of the guitarist in the tree)
9. notebook pages with no lines
